Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Domestic (United States)
We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

- PO Boxes are accepted for standard USPS shipments only.
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are supported — allow additional delivery time.
International
We ship to select countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking availability varies by destination country.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
- Please verify that our products are legal to import in your country before ordering.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled for your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but hasn't arrived. Please keep all original packaging and take photos before reaching out.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
- Within 30 days of delivery — full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

How to Return
Email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Ship the item using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for your preferred product.
