Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

Orders & Cancellations

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Awá Essence reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or policy violations. Address changes must be requested immediately — once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened consumables cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at your selected frequency. You may cancel at any time — cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Subscription pricing is subject to change with 14 days' prior notice.
